The North Carolina Premium Cigar Association is an organization devoted to protecting the premium cigar industry in NC.
The North Carolina Premium Cigar Association (NCPCA) was founded in 2012 by premium cigar retailers throughout NC. The goal of the association is simply to protect the rights of premium cigar and pipe smokers in NC. Our members are brick and motor cigar shops throughout NC as well as manufacturers representatives who work with those retailers in NC. NCPCA Members:

The North Carolina Department of Revenue has posted new instructions for filing the OTP tax (form BA-101) to include the $.30 tax cap on premium ci**rs beginning July 1st.
