When Jo was young, she would often hear her Aunt give advice to folks when they were anxious or worried. She would tell them to "Put a rock on it".What she was saying was to put these feelings under a rock, and walk away from them. Some things you just can't change. So, "Put a rock on it." Since then, Jo has learned a lot about serenity, and why it is so important to "Put a Rock on it". She would give this same advice to people herself, and soon she began painting rocks and gifting them as a way to help them remember her advice.
