Don’t diet, change habits 🙅🏾
Dieting is often unsustainable and can lead to yo-yo weight fluctuations. Instead of restrictive dieting, focus on developing healthier long-term habits.
Some tips:
✨ Eat a balanced diet with plenty of whole, nutrient-dense foods
✨ Find joyful ways to move your body that you enjoy
✨ Prioritize self-care and managing stress
✨ Be patient and kind with yourself through the process
Small, sustainable changes add up over time. Ditch the diet and cultivate healthier lifestyle habits instead. Your mind and body will thank you! 💪🏾

Peace is releasing how others see you and focusing on how God sees you.

Here are a few tips to transform your health, small simple steps make a big difference!
1. Keep Pepper, Garlic and Red pepper flakes as everyday enhancers.
2. Create new seasonings by combining some of your go to seasoning.
3. Spearmint with new seasonings like smoked paprika or different herb seasonings.
4. Most importantly, stay hydrated!
These are just a few tips to help you on your health journey.

There are some days when I feel strong, emotionally powerful and there are other day when I feel emotionally week and unsure of myself! Today is one of those days I feel unsure about myself! My confidence is low and it’s times like these that I go stronger into the word of God, and what the word of God says about me.
Romans 8 says that “in all things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us” (vs. 37).
For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well” (Psalm 139:13-14).
Know what the word of God says about you! And don’t believe what other people say about you! Be confident in who God made you and how he did you perfectly into this world.

Have you ever thought something about somebody? And then when you see them how are you respond to them is based on what you thought? Or have you ever had a thought and then you find yourself in that negative space.?
We actually have control of our thoughts. Thoughts come through our head all day, so many thoughts we keep in so many thoughts we get rid of. Often time we get rid of the thought we should keep and keep the thought we should get rid of. .
Healthy thoughts, create healthy actions, not only in food nutrition, but also in mental health. .
You could be negatively impacting your own mental health just buy the thoughts that you’re allowing to keep, or the thoughts that you are getting rid of.

Packing Jar salads for lunch os a great way to transport a Healthy Salad.
Bottom goes your firmer vegetables, then green and toppers.
If you choose to add protein, you can add it on top or separate.
If you choose to add dressing add it before adding your firm veggies like cucumbers, pepper.
I keep mine separate! Cuz thats my Business ( in my Tab Brown voice)
The great thing is, you can even prep these ahead of time !.

This quote by Bruce Lee says it all! What is life? Life is time! How are you spending the time in your life? Are you waiting for something great to happen or are you making something great happen?
Every day isn’t going to be some fantastic phenomenal event but every day is time. Are you building relationships with people that you love? Are you using the gifts that God has placed you on earth to share or are you sitting at home hiding those gifts and waiting for the perfect moment to launch that business, to create that community, or to reach out to individuals that God has placed on your heart !
Don’t waste another minute of time! Whatever that thing that has been burning inside of you start taking steps today one step every day will take you closer to whatever vision in God’s place in your heart, but every day you don’t take a step you’re losing time and you’re losing life!
