Each day after work I have only 40mins to workout before picking up my daughters...I'm a single mom..so I make time for my health..gives me energy, confidence and tones my body.

I lost 75lbs...4 years ago.
How...
Eating healthy..never starving my body of the nutrients it deserves.
Exercise daily..at least 40mins..only 5% of my day.
Never give up on your health..your family loves you.
So LIVE!!!
Be comfortable in your own skin...takes time to reach your fitness goals..but never give up.
It took me 4 years ago...18-20months to lose my 75lbs post 2nd baby.
How'd I do it.
Eating healthy, not starving myself.
Exercising 3-4 times a week at leat 30-60mins.
Key is finding other people who are positively encouraging you!!
Never give up!!
Choosing to be active in life in my 30's...will lead to a great life in my 70's...you're as young as you live!!!
If you're getting back into fitness..here's a simple chart to try for a week..to see where you're at. Time your plank..shoot for 60 seconds...
Each other workout..try until you fatigue..as soon as your form can't hold write down how many repetitions you accomplished.

The days I can't make time at the gym..I make time in my home for my workouts.
Today was Total Body Cardio from 21 Day Fix..then I added my own 30mins of weights for a full body workout.
With healthy choices..you can fuel your body to do amazing things..I've gone from 185lbs after baby #2..to a figure I'm happy with. The weight doesn't matter much to me these days. It's the strength, flexibility and energy that I love!!!
But for those who wonder what healthy eating, drinking Shakeology & daily exercise can maintain for 2 & half years straight....
