Held annually on 23 March, National Eucalypt Day aims to raise awareness of eucalypts and celebrate the important place that they hold in the hearts and lives of Australians.
It should also be a day to appreciate our flying foxes. Without them, the beautiful eucalyptus trees we associate with the Aussie bush may cease to exist 🦇 And our beloved koalas would have no food or habitat trees without them 🐨
