2024 Agent Assessment...
Every quarter review this exercise. Rate yourself in 12 areas in your business focusing on Productivity, Growth, Systems, and Profitability.
Productivity: how are you with lead generation? Do you need improvement or is it a well-oiled machine? How about time management and referrals? How much of your business comes from referrals? Can you do better?
Growth: This is personal and professional growth. Do you read books, what podcasts do you listen to? Are those helping you grow personally? Can you improve? How is your business database strength and do you have deep relationships with your vendor partners?
Systems: Ahhhh those systems! Again, do you need some work here or are your systems working like a well-oiled machine, to follow up, communicate, and nurture your clients?
And Profitability: is your business making a profit? Do you see improvement or is there work to be done here? Do you have a budget and review it monthly? How about your net worth? Do you have investments and a rainy day fund?
