In a response to my most recent Seth quote post, about our vitality on the universe and changing the world by changing ourselves and what we project, I had someone in the Seth International respond HOW? And then something about being frozen and people "knocking you down" - Below was my answer:
I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are asking. But know that everything we experience and see in the world, our environment, our interactions with others, is an outlooping of our own ideas and beliefs about who we are, how the world is, what is "true," what we deserve, etc. If someone "knocks you down," why are you agreeing to be someone who is knocked down? Why are you agreeing to BE knocked down? Do you believe about yourself that it's your unfortunate place to be knocked down? Do you secretly believe its what you deserve? Or do you perhaps believe that it's not what you deserve, but that you are always unfairly treated? Or two you believe that your place/role is to struggle against adversity? Why are you knocking yourSELF down? The answers are never out there, but always within. Once we understand that, we can begin to actually create our life experience instead of blindly flail at things that seem to happen TO us.
