Updates on Return policy 🫶🏼🫶🏼 👇🏼👇🏼

I have some exciting news! I am happy to share with you that we have made some updates to our returns/replacement policy that I think you are all going to love!

Please make sure you read through this entire post so you fully understand the changes.... and Yes, you do see that right... We are now offering a 30 day warranty on the our products!

You will also no longer offer a redrop to your customers when you have a quality concern! Instead we will mail out the exact replacement or an item of equal or greater value directly to you or your customer.

RETURNS/REPLACEMENT POLICY AS OF 7/23/2024

Replacements:

For a replacement due to manufacturer defect, please submit a claim within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date verified by USPS tracking. We will then mail out an exact replacement. If the exact item is no longer available, we will send a similar item of equal or greater value.

1. Defective Item During Reveal

• Consultant must send in an email with an order number and a photo clearly showing the defect

• If both are provided and there is clearly a defect, we will replace the item with the same item. We may ask for the item to be returned to us to evaluate the damage further.

• If it is a customer order, corporate will send the item directly to the customer

• If it is a consultant item, corporate will send the item to the consultant

• Notes: Since the defective item will be replaced by corporate, consultants will NOT be offering a re-drop and will NOT be receiving replenishment credits.

2. Defective Item Discovered by Customer

• The defect must be reported within 30 days of when the tracking number shows it is delivered

• The customer or consultant must email us with the order number and a photo clearly showing the defect

• If both are provided and there is clearly a defect, corporate will replace the item with the same item (or a similar item with equal or higher SRP value) and ship it to the customer.

• If the item was hand delivered, the defect must be reported within 30 days of the date of order.

• Notes: Since the defective item will be replaced by corporate, consultants will NOT be offering a re-drop and will NOT be receiving replenishment credits.

3. A Surprise Reveal That is Empty (No Jewelry Inside):

• A video must be provided for credit to be given. Video must include the entire opening from before the item was opened all the way through to when the item is shown empty.

• Once video is shown, we will credit their account
