Below is an information sheet for the tournament on September 7th. This is an open tournament! Please read the information sheet if you plan on fishing the tournament!

19 anglers came out and competed on a tougher than usual lake Audrey yesterday. However, 5 limits were caught, and only one angler skunked. Coming in first place, with 76.75” of bass was AOY leader Matthew Zappile! Congratulations Matt! 2nd place was Alex Bronsky with 74.5” of bass. Coming in 3rd place was Neil Tomarchio with 71.5” of bass. Our lunker was a 16.75” bass caught by Ryan Hannah!

Our next tournament is August 24th on Davis Mill Lake from 6am-noon. Members only. See you there!

Lake Audrey tournament tomorrow 6am-noon. Members only. Weather forecast has been improving all week. Partly cloudy skies/increasing sunshine throughout the day with highs in the mid to upper 80s. Variable winds 5-10mph in the morning increasing to 10-15mph out of the west by late morning. See you there!

23 anglers came out and fished a very tough Maurice River Saturday. No limits were caught! But grinding out the only 4 fish bag of the day was Anthony Coco totaling 51.75” of bass! Congratulations coco on your first win! There were several anglers with 3 bass competing for 2nd and 3rd place. Catching the 17” lunker of the day and bagging second place was Dennis Robinson! Our 3rd place finisher was Daniel Rodriquez Sr. with 3 bass totaling 40.25”. Congratulations guys!

Our next tournament is next Saturday, August 10th on Lake Audrey from 6am-noon. This is a members only event. See you there!

Maurice River is OFF LIMITS to anglers fishing the tournament this Saturday, august 3rd from 6am-noon. This is a members only event. See you there!

It was an historically tough tournament on Carasalijo Lake yesterday for our club members! A total of 13 bass were caught among 17 anglers, and nobody caught more than 2 keepers! Despite this, our results were exactly alike to our last tournament on Assunpink as far as winners go! Coming in first place, and winning his second tournament in a row is Jason Scott! Jason had 2 bass for a total of 29.75”! He also had the lunker with a 16.75” bass. Congratulations Jason! Second place was Danny Rodriguez Sr. with 2 bass totaling 29”. Our third place finisher was Matt Zappile with 28.75” of bass. Congratulations everyone!

We have a meeting this Thursday, August 1st at 7pm at the hammonton library. Members and nonmembers are welcome to attend!

Weather is looking fantastic. Morning temps in the high 60s and rising into the mid/upper 80s by early afternoon. Mostly sunny with 5–10mph NE winds gusting to 15mph at times. See you there!

Lake Carasalijo is located in Lakewood, NJ. Today is the last day you can prefish before our tournament next weekend on 7/27 from 6am to noon. Members only! The launch is located on the south end of the lake, off of S Lake Drive.

Some of our members volunteered at the south jersey youth outdoor day! Get kids involved with fishing!

A rain delay pushed our tournament on Assunpink back and our anglers fished from 12pm-6pm today! A lot of hot weather lately and some heavy rain made for an interesting bite today. Coming in first place, with 79.25” of bass and the lunker of the day at 20.5” was Jason Scott! Congrats jason! Our second place finisher was Daniel Rodriquez with a total of 77.5” of bass! And third place went to Matt Zappile with a 72” limit of bass. Congratulations guys!

Due to inclement weather, our tournament on assunpink today has been moved from 6am-noon to 12pm-6pm. See you at noon! This is a members only tournament!

Assunpink lake is OFF LIMITS to anglers fishing the tournament this Saturday, July 13th, from 6am-noon. This is a members only event! Fishing on any lake within 5 days of the tournament is prohibited in our club. See you there!

It was an historic tournament on Carnegie Lake this past weekend! A long standing club record was broken! For the first time in club history, one of our anglers, Mr. Danny Rodriquez, broke the 90” mark catching 91.5” of bass and taking home first place victory! The previous record was 87.75” caught by Layne Ell on Farrington Lake in 2019. Congratulations on the monster victory Danny! 2nd place, with a solid 83.25” bag was Neil Tomarchio! And 3rd place went to Matt Zappile with 77.25”. Our lunker was a 20” bass caught by Danny Rodriquez! Congratulations guys!

It was a hot day for fishing on Alloway Lake for our members today! Overall, the fishing looked pretty good with 6 limits caught and 24 anglers showing. Alloway has historically fished better in the past as it seemed todays catches averaged smaller than last years tournament. With that being said, it was our past president Layne Ell who proved victorious today. Layne had a 5 bass limit going 78.75”. Congrats on the win Layne! 2nd place was Evan Post with a 5 fish limit going 70.50”! And third place was Bob Gheysens with a 5 fish limit going 70.50” as well. Evan had the tie breaker with a 16.25” over bobs largest fish, a 15.75”. Lunker went to Jim Dick with an 18.5” bass! Congrats guys!

ALLOWAY LAKE is OFF LIMITS to anglers fishing the tournament this Saturday, June 22nd from 6am-noon. So far its looking like a hot and dry tournament! Members only!

It was a big day on Farrington Lake for the SJKBFC! 20 anglers showed and 11 caught their limit! Coming in first place with a big 86” bag (now the largest bag of the season so far) was Neil Tomarchio! Second place with another limit over 80” was Layne Ell bagging 84” for his best 5! Third place was a tight finish between 3 anglers, but Dennis Robinson got the job done with 77.50” of bass! Our lunker was a 19.75” beast caught by Jim Dick! Congratulations guys!
