This is a fun and comforting exercise. What's your affirmation?

Positive affirmations have the power to change our thinking and improve our mindset. đź’They can empower and encourage us, strengthening our sense of self.
The way we talk to ourselves has a profound effect on our overall well-being. ✨ Our thoughts send signals to every cell in our body. When our thoughts are chaotic or negative, that stress is communicated to the rest of the body and experienced physically with shortness of breath, tense muscles, elevated heart rate. When we consciously speak to ourselves with words of compassion, love, and strength, our body gets the message that we believe in its power to heal. 🙏
This kind of self-talk is especially important in stressful times. When we feel ourselves becoming anxious or our thoughts tending toward the negative, these positive expressions can serve as a mental anchor. ⚓️ Affirmations become mantras to ground and center us and remind us of who we are at our core. 💛
đź’¬ Comment below with your affirmation!
