دبلوماسية الأعمال الخيرية.. طريقة مختلفة لخدمة المجتمع
البالإضافة إلى مهامها الرئيسية كممثل لبلادها فى القاهرة، وبعيدا عن نشاطات المراكز الثقافية الأجنبية لنشر لغات وثقافة بلادها بين المصريين، فإن عددا من السفارات الأجنبية تحاول القيام بمساهمات غير تقليدية لخدمة بعض الأحياء والقرى الفقيرة فى مصر.
هذه المساهمات التى يمكن أن نطلق عليها "دبلوماسية الأعمال الخيرية" غالبا ما تبدأ من خلال جمعيات خيرية مصرية تتواصل مع هذه السفارات الأجنبية طلبا للمساعدة فى أعمال الخير، عبر برامج التنمية المجتمعية التى تطرحها مؤسسات تنموية فى تلك الدول لمساعدة دول العالم الثالث بتطبيق نماذج تنمية مستدامة، كما تدخل الشركات الأجنبية العاملة فى مصر طرفا فى هذه المعادلة، حيث تمول هذه الأعمال الخيرية ضمن ميزانية المسئولية الاجتماعية لهذه الشركات.
ومن نماذج هذه الأعمال الخيرية ما قامت به إحدى الشركات السويدية العاملة فى مصر، حيث مولت تلك الشركة عملية توصيل مياه الشرب النقية لمنازل 130 أسرة بقرية خورشيد ببنى سويف، بعد تواصل إحدى الجمعيات الخيرية العاملة بالقرية مع الشركة، ودراسة الشركة لمدى احتياج تلك القرية لهذه الخدمة، وتم المشروع برعاية من السفارة السويدية بالقاهرة.
لم تكن تلك المساهمة السويدية الوحيدة فى الأعمال الخيرية بمصر، فمن خلال الشركات السويدية العاملة فى مصر وإحدى المؤسسات الخيرية المصرية يجرى العمل منذ سنوات لمكافحة ظاهرة تزويج الفتيات القاصرات للأثرياء، المنتشرة فى عدد من قرى محافظة الجيزة، حيث يتم تشغيل رجال تلك الأسر (سواء الأب أو الأخ) فى الشركات الأجنبية بأجور مجزية مقابل تعهد هؤلاء بعدم تزويج بناتهم أو أخواتهم القاصرات، كما يتم تعليم الفتيات المتسربات من التعليم وإقامة مشاريع صغيرة ينتجون من خلالها، لتكون لديهم القدرة الاقتصادية حتى لا يقعن فريسة لظاهرة تزويج القاصرات.
