Dynavap and vaping Galaxy

I’ll now be putting my phone on Do not disturb after 7pm every evening, I’ll always check it every now and then, incase of emergencies you can also reach out to Charlotte Bettinson or Adeline Herbert, if it is and emergency and I haven’t checked the phone on time, I’m having too many people/things online triggering me at the moment and I’rs seriously getting harder, so will be just popping in and out until it settles down again.

Typical I can give great advice but can’t put it into action to get it to work for myself.
Doesn’t help that never had mental issue in my life until this bloody illness, well they say I probably did but masked them like most of us with drink and drugs, one thing they never warn you about when getting clean is all your previous emotional traumas will come flooding back, then on top of that a couple near death experiences, leads to where I am, in a bit of a pickle some days!
