Daily Routines :
It doesn’t matter where you are, if you are travelling, you can be quite in the up and down, in the Ayurvedic language, we talk about having high vata, means your mind is scattered.
Having a strong daily routine will save you time, questions,self doubt, and scattered mind.
This morning, I took the opportunity to meet with myself and write. Finding the space to actually do it. Coming back home can raise certain emotions. Therefore , having these healthy habit will support you in your journey.

Why I always take picture of different flowers 🌸
I see beauty and diversity and I’m amazed by varieties.
The same way I look at people, I see beauty, diversity and i’m amazed by the differences and the richness we have.

Ayurvedic cooking Principles applied to my Vietnamese cuisine,
Yes it is possible, that is what I am experimenting at home.
Ayurvedic cooking. Is not all about Curry sauce and spices, it is all about your ability to digest Food but also and most importantly how you digest life.

DINING OUT:
Studying Ayurveda, made me realise of my choices in my daily living.
One of the thing to take in consideration when you dine out: Avoid mixing too many things in your plate. If you are having seafood, have only seafood.
If you are having meat, have only meat.
The wrong combination of food is what creates the instability inside your digestive fire 🔥 therefore an unhealthy gut and a lack of energy.
Keep it simple, and see for yourself the experience of feeling energised and strong.
All is connected! Don’t get overwhelmed, just breathe.

WHO AM I :
I accept who I am today with all the different cultures in me.
From my appearance, I could be just Indian, but behind that facade, there is more.
Yes, I do speak fluently Vietnamese, French and understand a bit of Tamil.
Today I share with multicultural women, my experiences, my knowledge in Ayurveda so they can take their power back with simple Ayurvedic routines that we call Dinacharya.
This holistic approach has helped me to reconnect with myself and it has taught me to accept who I am.
