Frank Mannarino’s Biography;
My name is Frank Mannarino, I am a competitive bodybuilder. I have been weight training since I was 14 years old. I joined a hardcore bodybuilding gym when I was 15, that’s when I knew I wanted to pursue this long journey to one day be the best bodybuilder I can be. I did my first show at the age of 17. I won the teen division and men’s division. Since then I been pursuing this life long dream of mine.
During my early bodybuilding years I was luck enough to work at the gym where I have watched many legendary bodybuilding pros in action doing their thing such as 6x Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates, 3x runner up Mr. Olympia Rich Gaspari, IFBB Pro Alex Federov, 2008 Mr. Olympia Dexter Jackson, and many more.
I always had a fascination with the human body, nutrition, weight training and the body’s limits. I would help my classmates in high school get ready for wrestling matches and football games so they performed to the best of their abilities. As I got older I continued helping people reach their goals.
We live in a world where nutrition is not taught to us. The majority of us have no clue what to eat, when to eat or even why to eat, but it’s not your fault. I’m sure you were taught many useless facts growing up, but not how to properly eat for overall health and weight loss.
I am confident and more than willing to help you achieve your physique goals. I am well rounded from healthy lifestyle living, weight loss, weight gain muscle building, sports nutrition and of course Contest preparation for all competitive physique divisions.
I think it’s crazy how guys obsess about going catabolic in the bulking phase. My question for you guys is, how hard is it to actually go catabolic if, during Prep we can get away with minimal calorie intake while doing excess amounts of cardio... plus pushing hard with the weights all while holding our muscle mass for the competition... 😉
Throw back from when I was 21 years old, a couple weeks after my last show. I used to train in NYC 19th St Gym with every weekend. I learned a lot! Thanks guys!
