THE BAKER...
i am a triathlete who loves to bake as much as i love torturing myself with long runs and rides :P i still hold a 9 to 6 job somewhere out there, so baking is a hobby through which you get to eat only the best stuffs I bake... yeah, I am a perfectionist too ;)

and cakes are intended to be as gluten-free as possible (1stly coz i advocate a gluten-free diet; 2ndly if you don't know what this gooeey substance called gluten is, please go check it out!). so as far as possible, gluten-free flour or unbleached flour are used. but do note that my bakes are NOT certified 100% gluten-free and NOT suitable for folks who must be gluten-free due to allergies or medical conditions. and i do not stinge on ingredients! :D
ORDER OF THE DAY...
please do NOT, i repeat (infinity x infinity to the power of infinity), do NOT place your orders through commenting on bake a punch's fb posts as these may be missed and ignored. instead, to order, simply P(unch)M(e), or email [email protected] with your whats, when, how many, name & contact number. your order is only accepted upon my confirmation via email or phone, after which please do not be fickle minded, else i will punch you. IZ THERE A MINIMUM ORDER? no and yes. no in terms of dollar amount; and
yes in terms of quantity if you are ordering swissroll coz i trust you understand it is impossible for me or rather, my cake mixer, to whip up a tiny weeny portion. however, for swissrolls, you are welcome to choose different fillings for each of the 2 swissrolls sponge of the same flavour (e.g. orange nutella + orange caralmond)
