Soham - a mantra that is already part of your nature as it is the sound of the breath. Sooooo...the sound of inhalation. Hummm...the sound of exhalation.
The Sanskrit word also translate to 'I am that.' When remembered repeatedly, it declares 'I am that I am that I am' - signifying that the Divine is infinite.
May you remember the Soham mantra often throughout your day. Namaste.

Hi friends!Thanks for coming to the 5:30pm Vinyasa Yoga at Community Fitness. What a great class!! I forgot to mention that I will be out of town the next 2 Sundays (11/20 & 11/27), another CF instructor will be teaching those classes for me.
