My mission is to help adults and children make healthy lifestyle choices. I am passionate about nutrition and have recently returned to school to earn a B.S. I also believe in mindfulness and whole health wellness and seek to find ways to nourish the mind and body as a whole for all ages. As a wife and mother of two boys, I share nutritional information, motivational tips, exercise advice, healthy recipes, ayurvedic remedies and mindfulness techniques that apply to the whole family.
