Wishing a big GOOD LUCK to Miss Mollee Gray, she is the 2022 Miss Spokane Interstate Rodeo Queen and is trying out this weekend for Miss Rodeo Washington! In honor of the horsemanship competition today, here is a picture of Mollee on Cruise, one of the nine horses she rode at our place in preparation for todays event!
We are so blessed to know this girl and are so excited to watch her bright light shine all weekend!

Why we’re here....
When my daughters started doing a lot of rodeo, I realized just how poorly we were eating as we traveled down the road....mind you, we love love love the food at all the fairs but chubby is just not in style! We also are aware that to be competitive in rodeo, it is important to be in good shape and as athletic as possible. It is the right thing to do for you and your horse. You expect your horse to perform at tip top shape....your horse would super appreciate you also being in great shape! You ride better when you’re strong and fit. And, as a rodeo queen, it is vital to be fit since a queen’s main job is to role model. You’re representing rodeo athletes and many sponsors.....make yourself look the best you can for them!
We wanted to create a place for people to get some help, set goals, share struggles and successes and come for ideas. We’re not selling anything, simply sharing what works for us. And we would love to help you, as well as learn from you. We don’t claim to have all the answers and no we aren’t perfect little lettuce eaters!
