πLeap Day Fun! π
Mrs. Peelβs first graders have been doing a research project about games that revolve around leaping. Then, they created their own game, wrote down the directions, and finally they taught their friends how to play.π
Congratulations to our February Students of the Month!
Last week, our fifth graders visited the Pensacola Museum of Art for the Youth Art Focus!
Art Educator, Marcy McGahan, was delighted to find that Pat Dickson, her predecessor was the docent leading the tour downstairs. Ms. Dickson taught art at Hellen Caro for 16 years, and Mrs. McGahan has been teaching in the same beautiful art suite for 18 years!
Mrs. McGahan won first place in the art educator's category with her piece, "Home Sweet Investment Property".
