Pickled some home grown cucumber this afternoon Look ok . Jars a bit tightly packed as I felt I didn’t have enough brine. Silly boy as I finished with three jars left over. Either need to start drinking it or grow something else to pickle. Now I’ve just got to be patient and let the pickle do its job for a few days before I start eating them.
