These should not surprise anyone. The calories, the unhealthy ingredients and yet fast food is a staple in so many families. We recently looked at a few other restaurants. Applebees for example, has nutrition info for every menu item. This is good, however the calorie counts are staggering. Hard pressed to find anything remotely healthy on their menu. While they do have steamed brocolli it comes pre made with a "butter sauce"...salad dressings are loaded with unhealthy ingredients, which eliminates salads on their menu. Take a look at their menu.
