Holistic Welfare
๐ซ I create a nurturing environment ๐ฑ and a safe space ๐ซถ๐ผ for your personal healing journey ๐ซ
In this two-part series, you will be pampered for 1.5 hours with guided meditation, a soothing sound bath, opportunities for individual and collective sharing, and so much more. You will be introduced to self-love and joy from the perspective of yogic philosophy, adapted to fit seamlessly into our modern daily lives.
In a world that changes at a rapid pace, adapting can be challenging, and finding time to pause is even harder. Taking a moment to ground yourself and turn inward becomes necessary. These two special events, held for the first time ever in Copenhagen with a maximum of 10 participants, offers a chance to deeply rest, recenter, and restore your body and mind in an intimate and cozy setting.

๐ Tomatoes ๐ When i find the right type in Denmark, it certainly inspires me to include it in all dishes possible. This summer was lacking sunshine so far but this salad reminds me of holiday and an expansion of flavors in the same time.
Sound Dome. A dome-shaped screen with an all-around sound system behind it. From the different projections, I had the opportunity to attend Bosch: The Garden of Earthly Delights. The effect resembles somewhat a sound bath experience and it is something I would definitely like to try again.
Lโacqua di San Giovanni. A water-based infusion with flowers aromatic herbs well rested during the night of 23-24 June. The dew of the Gods serves as a healing potion in the morning bringing health, fortune, love and prosperity. Such a beautiful pre-Christian tradition.
Sense of belonging. I was reflecting a lot on this in the past days as I realized that I was lucky enough to meet my husband 8 years ago!
So many memories are shared already, friendship and love. I see him in our daughter, our pride and joy.
It is wonderful to belong to him โค๏ธ
Alignment. Yesterday night, I was attending a magical gong night led by my amazing teacher Aiste
She was leading a group of talented performers who just graduated as sound therapy practitioners, amongst them my friend
Last year, I was one of the performers. I could not sleep from the excitement ๐ซ This time, as a practitioner, I had both a profound healing experience as I understood some of the things happening to me and got some answers as well. Sleep was extraordinary in the same room with other wonderful souls like
I will of course not forget, that last year two very special souls attended as well, my first ever yoga students โค๏ธ๐งโโ๏ธ๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธTo repeat history a little bit, I took a walk today until the sea and had a cappuccino with an almond croissant by Andersen & Maillard.
Now, I will continue to work on alignment, peace and acceptance ๐๐ฝ I am grateful for this experience ๐ชท
Our world is embedded in a space-time continuum which does not develop, it just exists.
Sometimes this unfolds a lot of new ideas in me during meditation ๐ง
๐ซ Inviting the gong to sound ceremony ๐ซ
I am grateful to be the owner of this extraordinary gong by
To honor each new musical instrument, I follow a ceremony to invite them to open up and spread healing vibrations.
The second picture is so meaningful to me as it shows both the gong and my own reflection, constantly changing, always improving.
Back to the sound source. The first ever sound bath I had the chance to attend was probably in Oct 2022 in Hรฉlt, Copenaghen. Kika was the performer and sound healer. After several sessions, she cleared up so much from my anxiety and I wanted to know what this amazing technique is with such a powerful and transformational vibrational energy, which of course was always channeled through her own personality. She inspired me to become a sound therapy practitioner. A journey that helped me so much already to get to know myself. Thank you Kika for your wisdom and for your beauty inside and out โค๏ธ๐๐ฝ

Digesting memories vol.2 - Vasarely x Fajรณ exhibition
There are no words to describe how exciting and amazing this place truly is. Every time I am here I managed to see a new facet of this magical location.

1-2 Fajรณ sculptures in the garden

4 samples from the first Vasarely portfolio of serigraphies dedicated to Bartรณk
5 samples from the last Vasarely portfolio of serigraphies
I am honored to call Jรกnos Fajรณ my teacher. In the summer art camp of Szerencs, we learned about key concepts of geometric abstraction, in terms of painting, sculptures and so much more. I absolutely admire his work both as an artist and as an educator. All of us who had the chance to learn from him, know the importance of the Vasarely serigraphies that he was responsible for in terms of ex*****on. Vasarely would not trust anybody else and for a good reason, he was very precise and focused on quality over quantity.
Thanks for organizing

The last layer from the energetic bodies or koshas in connection to the pelvis, part 5.
Anandamaya kosha is the "bliss body" that is associated with pure awareness.
We are all different and therefore we have different ways of reaching a blissful, meditative state. I have managed to decode what works for me and how to get there following a path from the signals of the physical body, breathing patterns, fluctuations of the mind and listening to my inner wisdom. Of course, it still requires a lot of work and it cannot be switched on as magic, it takes practice.
Here is a list of what works for me, and again, might not work for you:
๐ sound bath or a classical music concert
๐ guided meditation such as yoga nidra
๐ meditation
๐ yin yoga
๐ restorative yoga
๐ admiring a piece of art
๐ walk in a beautiful garden or nature
๐ reading a good book that completely resonates with me
๐ seeing and hearing my daughter to smile
Taking care of ourselves is even more important during having our period, when we are pregnant, during menopause, during a grieving process or when we experience symptoms of a disease. Yoga and sound can follow you in every step of the way โค๏ธ
Gratin dauphinois with celeriac and fennel.
A vegetarian recipe by Michelin star Hungarian chef Tamรกs Szรฉll. The recipe contains both celeriac and celery and is just an amazing combination of simple and humble vegetables for a memorable lunch or dinner.
Pottery painting at
A perfect example to show that sometimes a thorough plan does not result in a perfect end product. The little vase was painted by me, many layers, so much thinking about how to pop the pomegranate motive out. My 3-year-old on the other hand, just intuitively followed her actual thoughts (with a little help) and managed to produce something far more brilliant.
Well done darling!
Rebalance your spine. My student with thoracic hyperkyphosis (excessive forward curve of the thoracic spine) demonstrated improvement after 4 sessions in so many areas:
๐ซ the cervical spine (neck)
๐ซ the thoracic spine (upper back)
๐ซ overall posture
๐ซ breathing patterns
Besides being proud of my student and what we have achieved together, I am extremely happy that she can perform the tailor-made sequence on her own in a home setting.
Lyngby lake. Observing how spring is unfolding around our beautiful lake was refreshing and calming in the same time.
Recycling materials. A few weeks ago, I attended an event where used textile banners from the shopping mall were recycled. We could choose from various materials with different colors, texts and figures on it. The organizers were super helpful and followed us throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, I did not manage to do as much as I planned since my daughter was really impatient and running around, but managed to finish one bag which makes me really proud. I am so happy to use it every day and hope to attend similar events in the near future.
The next layer from the energetic bodies or koshas in connection to the pelvis, part 4.
Vijnanamaya kosha is the "intellectual body" that is associated with wisdom, knowledge and consciousness.
Our inner wisdom, when we listen to it, is linked to the pelvis in so many ways, think about having your period, being pregnant, giving birth, going through menopause, caring for someone, caring for a beloved animal, dealing with symptoms of a disease, or just simply holding everything together in between your job and at home. Our role in society is so important, but sometimes we find ourselves burdened by expectations by society, our family and friends, or quite frankly total strangers.
Yogic lifestyle helps to listen to our inner wisdom more and to let go of things that do not serve us.
What can you let go today?
๐ฅฆ Broccoli pesto, 2 variations.
I have to confess, I am not a big broccoli fan. Probably due to all the overcooked versions I experienced since childhood. A friend of mine suggested to try a kind of pesto featuring 4 key ingredients: broccoli ๐ฅฆ, cashew nuts, sun dried tomatoes ๐
and Parmesan (nutritional yeast for vegans). I experimented a bit by adding a lot of olive oil, some salt, pepper and lemon juice. The result was really delicious so I tried it both on bread and with pasta.
I am happy to share that I have successfully completed my 300 hr advanced yoga teacher training with
My favorite chapters were advanced anatomy, adaptive yoga, yoga nidra and ayurveda but the whole program was so well structured and absolutely resourceful.
I would like to express my gratitude and give thanks to my main teachers:
๐ชท for creating this platform and for your willingness to share your knowledge and wisdom
๐ชท for your relentless support and fantastic yoga nidra classes
๐ชท for your kindness and beautifully sequenced classes
๐ชท for your lectures and viniyoga classes
๐ชท for sharing your Ayurveda wisdom.
๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ I bow to you all
This was a truly amazing journey and I am so grateful for everybody who supported me throughout this journey, especially my family and friends.
โWith humility (an open heart and mind), we embrace the sacred study of Yoga.โ
(The secret power of yoga by Nischala Joy Devi)
Another layer from the energetic bodies or koshas in connection to the pelvis, part 3.
Manomaya kosha is the "mental body". The totality of the mind (citta) includes: (1) ahamkara - the sense of identity or ego, (2) buddhi - intellect, (3) manas - memories. The goal of yoga is to still the fluctuations of the mind as stated by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras I:2 yogash-chitt-vritti-nirodhaha (translated by Robert William Eaton).
The totality of your body, and especially your pelvis and hips are impacted by spiraling negative thoughts, lack of self-awareness, lack of self-confidence including limiting beliefs. Yoga is the journey of the self, it gives the opportunity to experience the better version of yourself.
