Moreover, after childhood, as we reach maturity our bone mass development begins to change. Up until around age 25 single well adults continue to build bone mass faster than it is lost. For those over 25, bone mass begins to fall. It is a key component in everything from digestion to detoxing lifestyle choices and immunity.

Trauma research is incredibly diverse and most of the time, a person becomes paralyzed in fear or feels a loss of control emotionally. Adding any other negative energy creates more trauma. In many cases anger feels like a buffer to fear, adrenaline and power help to immediately alleviate the flight fear survival chemicals that can create emotional distress with their onset from a situational influence or trigger.

The chemicals from crying and laughter and smiling that are released in the brain create the re balance and help to reduce cortisol production and and allow clarity to return.

Each person or child's coping bell curve and cerebral signal receptor sensitivity and metabolic thresholds for returning to normal will vary, especially for those with very mild disabilities where much of their interaction and responses are also processed on cognitive reward center engram or memories created by their past trauma episodes and any comfort they received from others based on how they reacted to cope.

Time alone with a few words to help them meditate on what would make them happy can often help everyone from young children to adults. If the traumatized person persists to cry in dismay, additional time in isolation to think with something verbal or tangibly positive around them can help, unless isolation is the trigger or severe disability makes time alone ineffective.

Be positive, be intentional for what they should be responsible for feeling and thinking and help them without citing negative penalties until they return to a clear state of mind where the behavior can be processed without feeling injury from their immediately vulnerable psyche.
