Ready4Player is pleased to announce that we were present at one of the largest online events, Global Metaverse Carnival 2022, and were invited by the organizers to discuss live the complex issues of investing in the gaming industry with some of the world's largest Venture Capital companies from the point of view of a game development studio and a gaming platform.
In one of the the discussions our CEO Sebastian Kawiorski was able to confirm the accuracy of our innovative go-to-market strategy for the currently developed Web2 and Web3 Story-Driven Fantasy Medieval MMORPG, which our international team with AAA experience is working on. 🔈Our Team would like to welcome Hubert Kwitowski in Ready4Player 🎉

Hubert worked in the game development industry for 4 years in Unreal Engine games development.
He was part of the CREDO and worked with physicists in Rome trying to show that CPT symmetry can be violated. He studied the Higgs boson with machine learning techniques 💡. With his experience he ultimately became a game developer in Desand Games studio. He is using Python and C++ and have a broad knowledge of communication between the engine and the graphic card. His unique background in this field gave him a very a unique experience in advanced game development. He worked in SCRUM framework to deliver products in complex environments. His main areas of expertise: Unreal Engine 4, Unreal Engine 5 and C++ programming. 🎮

Jakub has been passionate about video games since childhood and he expanded his passion into game development. He is an experienced programmer, level designer, level artist and creator of 3D models. He is famillair with Unity and Unreal Engine. He feels best in level art and 3D modeling because of his second hobby is also painting. Jakub will be working under the wing of the the Main Game Developer to further expand his talent and bring more quality to the project.

Jakub is also an experienced gamer. Over the years his my game taste went through all types of genres like shooters, RPGs, sandboxes, strategies, simulators and many others, which will help to deliver great gaming experience to the players in the metaverse and games developed by Ready4Player team 🎮
