🚫 Beware of Excess Protein Intake! 🚫
Here are the consequences:
1️⃣ Increased Acidity and Chronic Disease: Excess protein creates toxic acids that cause inflammation in your cells, eventually leading to chronic diseases like heart disease and cancer.
2️⃣ Low Energy: Your cells are powered by glucose from carbs, not amino acids from protein. Excess protein cannot be stored by your body and it is not easily turned into fuel for your cells, which leaves you with lower energy levels when you eat too much.
3️⃣ Weight Gain: That's right. Too much protein has been found to CAUSE weight gain over time. Don't be fooled by the initial weight loss with a high protein diet-you're only losing the weight of essential water and minerals!
4️⃣ Digestive Disorders: Concentrated proteins take a very long time to digest. In fact, animal proteins putrefy in your digestive system and are believed to be a driving force behind the modern epidemic of bowel disorders, including colon cancer.
Don't fall for the Protein Myth! You need much less protein than you've been led to believe.
Every food in existence contains protein. There's no reason to eat animal proteins in excess or even at all.

Once upon a time, I had the opportunity to learn about weapons of mass destruction (W. M. D.).
Then one day I realized that refined, ultra-processed foods are the most insidious W. M. D. of them all.
Because they harm us so slowly and gradually that it took several decades for health researchers to make the connection between these toxic substances and our ever-growing global health crisis.
And yet ultra-processed foods are still available everywhere. Some even have labels and advertisements claiming to offer health benefits.
We eat these toxic substances willingly. We feed them to our children. We participate blindly in our own suffering. We even pay good money to cause our own destruction.
WHY?
Refined, ultra-processed foods are not foods, biologically speaking. They are addictive food-like substances. They hijack your endocrine system and create cycles of abuse and withdrawal. What you think is a "craving" is actually a withdrawal symptom, which leads you to abuse the substance again...
And it is not by accident.
Did you know some manufacturers of refined foods *intentionally* use chemical additives to cause you (and your children) to become addicted to their products?
There is no law against it. There are no regulatory agencies policing it. No one is protecting you.
And no one is coming to save you either.
Lifestyle and diet-related chronic diseases are the leading cause of preventable death each year.
The casualties are far greater than all wars of the past 150 years combined. Hundreds of millions have died unnecessarily.
But first they suffered for years or even decades.
And this unnecessary suffering fueled the medical industry, which knows only how to suppress the symptoms of chronic disease with drugs or surgery but cannot. actually. remove. the. CAUSE.
