From a simple breakfast staple to a powerful medicinal herb, oats have so much to offer! 🌍✨

This hearty plant with tall, slender stalks grows mainly in dry areas and thrives in temperate regions. Though not common in humid Florida, they can still flourish with the right care.

Oats are heart-healthy and soothe the digestive tract. But did you know about their other uses? Milky oats, the unripened seed tops, have been known to help with emotional and physical exhaustion. They’re great for burnout, irritability, lack of focus, low libido, and heart palpitations.

Oat straw infusions are packed with silica, calcium, potassium, vitamins A and C, and other minerals. They nourish your skin, hair, nails, teeth, and bones and restore nervous system function.

Embrace the humble oat in your diet and wellness routine! 🌾 Check out our full plant profile on the website!
