WIP Wednesday: The Slytherin Quidditch Sweater's second gusset is now halfway done at 8". For the Advent Calendar House , the 2nd roof piece is also halfway finished! Also included is a shot of my estimated 5 year old Rubber Tree. It has grown exponentially since it's spring transplant.It started with 5 leaves, and now it has around 40! I'm not doing large commissions like hand knit sweaters at this time because hand knitting takes way more time than machine knitting. If I had a flatbed knitting machine then it would be another story. If however I can do smaller knit projects on my circular knitting machine then I can do it. My Bingo Bear is not for sale. WIP Wednesday: Project Bingo Bear, A matching Weasely or Harry Potter Sweater. I adapted Anne Bergeron's pattern in Charmed Knits by Alison Hansel to custom fit Bingo with my gauge. I worked it up on my Sentro in 35 x35 (sts x rows) front and back panels which is 7" x 7". The sleeves are 35 x 25 or 5". I hand knit the shoulders, collar and cuffs with 5mm circular needles 16". Finished the Impressionist Sentro Sweater today! I steeked and frogged 12 rows off the front panel and bound it off with circular knitting needles. Just have block or shape the sweater to help relax the stitches. Finally I wove in the ends. Finished the front panel for my Impressionist Sentro Sweater. My Sentro 48's panel knitting mode seems to be not working , so I did it in tube mode,and just skipping two of the needles. Panel knitting took just as much time to get the hang of as when I started making beanies in tube mode. ^_^;

WIP Wednesday: Finished one of the panels , I intended to put it on the right, but I sewed it on the left instead. Fortunately, it still came out right. Unfortunately I have to take a small break due to pain and swelling in my fingers. Crocheting and my work habits have created inflamed tendons and sore muscles in my fingers and wrists up to my neck. So I'm keeping my deadline 3-5 weeks for this project.

WIP Wednesday: Wednesday Checked Sweater Vest. I finished the 2nd black panel and sewed it up the center back piece. Right now, I am halfway through the right back/ shoulder piece.

WIP Wednesday: Added the 2nd panel to the back of the Wednesday checkered Sweater Vest. 2 more checked and 1 more black panel to go. That's about 3-5 weeks until completion!

WIP WEDNESDAY: Funny Coincidence that I was really born on a Wednesday and I always hated the Mother Goose rhyme about children born on the days of the week. "Wednesday's child is full of woe." So when Morticia quoted the rhyme being her reason for naming her daughter Wednesday, but her daughter was born on Friday the 13th. I felt a tad happier about that rhyme. Well I finished the Right side front checked panel and the right side Panel and sewed them together. The arm hole is the tricky part I do have enough room to rotate the shoulder. Dress forms are so important to help the see the fit. Next week starting on the left side because the gauge swatch is actually a place holder. WIP Wednesday: I've been crocheting like mad to make my version of the Wednesday Addams Woe Checked Sweater Vest. I finished the center front panels and sewed them together with a mattress stitch. Now I'm working on the right front shoulder panel. I tagged the original designers for the show and @amazingishgrace for her more screen accurate tutorial on youtube. This was made in panels, but many You Tubers were crocheting from the waist up and all in one piece with an optical illusion of the pattern. One big change is that I'm not using Caron Simply Soft because I ran out after my swatch which is on the right hand, so I my budgie only allowed for Red Heart Jumbo Super Saver. After I wash it and block it will be soft as my hats which you can find in my link in my bio at Pepper Bee Crafts on Etsy.
