It is certain that we will encounter tribulation at some point in life, irrespective of how close we get to God. Usually, because we cannot see God physically we tend to forget He is with us and do not remember His promises to us.
However, He has assured us of His peace, the kind that no man or thing can give and we choose to hold on to Him, the one who honors His word above His name.
