Taking a few moments to remember D-Day every June 6 is important. We visited the American cemetery next to Omaha beach last week. Over 9000 graves of brave Americans are honored there, still appreciated by the local French citizens. The sacrifice of so many brings tremendous perspective.
Remember D-Day. There is no better place to understand the power of determination, courage, and sacrifice than the American cemetery next to Omaha Beach in France. Singing our National Anthem there on Memorial Day brought perspective.
