I recently whipped up some funky gifts for a friend for their Birthday/Xmas gift, and they came out looking fantastic. So much so I am willing to take requests if anyone would like a tote/shopping bag or drawstring/produce bag in any fabric of your choosing.
The tote bag is approximately the same size as the reusable shopping bags you buy from the supermarket and can be made with a shoulder or hand strap. The produce bags are around 28cm and 20cm tall. They can make slightly different sizes if requested.
Cost would be £12 for the tote and £6 for a large, and £4 for a small drawstring bag, plus the cost of fabric.

My mission to make two dresses at once is well under way ...
The battle of the star pattern fabrics has reached the stage where I HAVE to use the iron, and that's a lot of effort. What with getting an ironing board out and waiting for the iron to heat up even before trying not to burn my fingers. So time to stop for the night.
Just the neck, sleeves and hem to do ...
I still haven't decided which one feels more 'Christmas' ... which one would you choose?
