Another Apple fitness monthly challenge complete. To be honest this one was. It to hard. Have been feeling so good as I am now doing three times a week running and three times a week strength training. This has helped to prepare me for my first half marathon in November.
Look back at where you’ve come from. There are moments I feel like I am less in shape than last year and I see this and boy am I wrong! Make sure you are giving yourself credit for the small victories.
Second half of the year has started! How are you goals for the year going. I never to full year resolutions. It’s more like 1 task each month and some end up sticking the rest of the year!
I have been using for more than a year and love how it syncs to my Apple watch ⌚️. Small@changes make such a difference in overall health. I have been doing a detox from and it has shown huge changes in my energy and sleep. I have not been having my regular coffee before sleep and I am sleeping much deeper. Also I have been doing breathing excercises every morning when I wait up before my devotional and it has been a game changer on my stress levels, energy and anxiety. Here are just some recent stats

Getting back at it! Another goal achieved this month how are you monthly goals going?
Starting a new detox program for the next month by Starting my morning with some cafecito and meditation. So excited for the detox of my body and the weightloss will be a bonus.
Another great book completed by .john_townsend. This one is good to learn about relational nutrients and different types of relationships in your life. Highly recommend it. This is book 7 out of 12 for the year. Ahead of the ball and have the next two picked out.
I don’t know who needs to hear this but you are loved, seen and known. In 2019 I started therapy and it was the hardest but best thing I could have ever done in my life. Did therapy through up until til 2021. I learned the coping mechanisms I needed to handle lives turns. I also learned when to realize I needed help again.
In 2022 my dad got diagnosed with cancer and 5 months in I needed meds and help. 400 days later I am again graduating from therapy and off my meds ready for life’s pivots. There is no shame in asking for help or needing help for a long or short time. It’s worth it. This past time I used and I am so thankful for this platform in finding a faith based therapist.

Getting back to my Goals. So important to make SMART goals. Specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound.
What goals do you have for the month?
February goal was accomplished along with de littering my room. How are you doing with your new years goals? I made one pero month!
Goal was to have 24 exercise minutes 14 times this month and was able to complete even with having three surgeries!!!
Second try on 75 hard. Had thought about doing it but was on the fence. Then after speaking with a friend who said she was going to do it went all in. So here we go day one starting. Summer boast loading and coming in the spring. .challenge
Getting back to my goals! Was able to complete the the December fitness goal.
Finally after a month of PT back at my workout schedule. Definitely rusty after almost 2 months of not working out at all. I knew I would get back it was just a matter of when. How are your goal planning for the new year coming along. Almost everyone wants to lose weight in the new year. The question would be what small goals are you putting in place to get there.
New read! Book number #11 of this years challenge. Looking forward to this one and how God speaks to me.
This weekend was amazing! Spent time with people that energized me! We pushed and encouraged each other to go beyond what we thought possible. I was not able to do the half marathon but walked the 5k due to injury. Was so happy to be able to do so and be of support to others 🤍
2023 is almost gone. For some that may be a good thing and for others not. If you still have goals before the end of the year like me here are some tips.
What is a Health Coach? A health coach gets you “unstuck” by helping you figure out what’s keeping you from reaching your health goals. Your coach regularly checks in with you by email and virtual meetings usually over the course of at least three months. During those conversations, a health coach asks questions to get you thinking about how you can overcome challenges.
