How do YOU release?

I have to stop.

Get still.

Be able to fill my lungs to capacity with fresh air.

Imagine the dust settling like the snow glitter in a snow globe.

Then……I call it “cleaning house”. I imagine an energetic deep cleansing Simultaneously in each cell of my body. Like a wave 🌊 or a wind 💨 cleaning out the dusty corners of my energy.

I ask my committee to organize my energies and sync up my SOUL.

Releasing regularly is such an important form of self-care. It allows us to move THROUGH emotions and expands our capacity to process more quickly and effortlessly.
