One year ago exactly I was at Angkor Wat, Cambodia visiting the magnificent ancient temples. After visiting quite a few, I had a strong urge to visit the woman’s temple but it was far away, the furthest and on a scooter, not really the thing to do BUT we decided let's go for it, let’s do it anyway.

This journey was much much longer than we expected with no exact map, not speaking the language, and being in the middle of nowhere.

With the heat, the roads, sign language, we MADE it with about 30 mins to spare before it closed.

We almost gave up but we reached our destination as the sun was about to set.

20 years ago I was told my soul destiny will be a sanctuary in nature working with like minded individuals. I never gave up, I knew it was coming and the right team.

One year on - here we are, we have launched our dream project, my/our soul destiny, to host a sanctuary in nature working with beautiful like minded individuals helping others. I have had a lot of patience, a lot of work has passed through our hands, a lot of patients, clients, a lot of experiences, a lot of healing, we are a very strong team, in pure alignment.

We are real, we are authentic, we are experienced, we are wisdom, we are knowledge, we hold sacred space, we are love, we are nature, we are all that there is.

Thank you everyone that has helped support us to this moment.

We look forward to welcoming you at our sanctuary in nature, a cocoon of bliss.

21 years ago I began studying Nutrition in Toronto and have never looked back. It was in a time of my life while training for marathons, ultramarathons and ironman. I thought I knew how to eat healthily but my body was breaking down. Once I enrolled on the course, my world opened up to so much and my body together with yoga led me to win medals. A short time before I couldn’t even run around the block. I rolled up to the Toronto half marathon and got a sliver, Ottawa half ironman, silver then onto the longer distances. I was on fire but nourished and my recovery changed dramatically for the better. I'm sharing this to remind you of the power of food. We are capable of anything we put our heart and mind too.

On Saturday, 27th January I will be sharing my story at Stranmillis college along with other colleagues on topics that might change your life.

Please pass onto anyone that has feeling for change, seeking a fulfilment in their life, fulfilling a heart’s desire, a passion. Perhaps looking to heal yourself or a family member.

🌱HERBS AND SPICES FOR GUT HEALTH!🌱
I am delighted to announce an online workshop collaboration with my good friend Ann from Mrs. Bloom on how to use herbs and spices to improve GUT HEALTH and how to GROW them at home!

We will discuss the benefits of using key herbs and spices to help with digestion, bloating, inflammation etc to improve overall gut health. We will also show you how to grow these herbs and spices yourself without costing a fortune. Step by step guides will be supplied to help you on your journey.

Ann is a Horticulturist working in community and horticultural therapy and as most of you know I'm a Naturopathic Nutritionist teaching and advising on health. We have been working together on nutrition and growing projects for a few years and decided 2021 is now the time to offer our workshops to a wider audience.

Authentic Roots Healing and Mrs Bloom have come together to co-create Roots & Bloom.

Due to the success of our first workshop last Saturday, we have added another session this Saturday 6th March.
