This is great for anyone still struggling with a cough…

Help for coughs colds and chest infections.

If you are suffering with a cough, cold or chest infection then you lungs will be working hard. We can support our lungs during and after illness with 2 litres of water a day (the lungs need 1 litre a day and the rest of
our body need 1 other). We can also give them a helping hand with refreshing the lymph. Lymph fluid not only cleans toxins out of our cells, it also carries nutrients and proteins to our cells and tissues to help repair and restore.

🩻 On either side on the breast bone between the 3rd/4th and 5th ribs start rubbing in towards the breast bone to pain tolerance between the ribs.
👋 Rub at least 6 times each side or until any tenderness/discomfort has subsided.
🫁 Our lungs will be happier now 🤩

WHAT SETS KINESIOLOGY APART FROM OTHER COMPLEMENTARY THERAPIES?

Through muscle testing, we are able to ascertain what is a priority for the body to have addressed and what is ready to be fixed now. David Attenborough's stark warning to avoid common garden chore until July.

Sir David Attenborough has urged Brits to 'delay mowing' their lawns - and told people that this common gardening task shouldn't occur until mid-July.

The reasoning behind this plea is not only about aesthetics but also related to the welfare of our insect populations. Bugs such as butterflies, bees, and wasps rely heavily upon daisies and other plants growing between lawn blades to pollinate and sustain their ecosystems.

Sir David corroborated these warnings on the BBC's Wild Isles nature documentary. He highlighted that trimming off the long grass can disrupt and even kill off these crucial insects, which form an integral part of the world's ecosystem.

He said: "Nowhere here is richer in wildflowers and insect pollinators than our traditional hay meadows. Sadly, in the last 60 years, we've lost 97% of this precious habitat.

This is a great tip for any over indulgence this weekend! Have a Happy Easter!

Support for the Liver (when we have over-indulged).

For many, Easter is a time for family get-togethers, feasting, wine and chocolate. This can lead to over-indulgence which our liver has to cope with, so here's a tip for giving our liver a helping hand.

On the right hand side, rub just under the breast/bra line/pectoral crease from the sternum outwards
Be sure to go around the corner in a horseshoe shape as there is often congestion hiding there.
Repeat this rubbing action at least 6 times (to pain tolerance) until any discomfort eases.

After a tricky start to 2024 with back pain and injury, I decided to get healthy from the inside. I discovered the Purify Programme - a 21 day detox and gut microbiome reset.

It involves clean eating and eliminating certain foods, along with taking 5 supplements / products to support the process.

There is also excellent support via social media to ask questions and get inspired with new recipes.

I have noticed amazing benefits, pain and inflammation reduced to almost nothing, better digestion and a reduction in my waistline, which had increased!!

I’ve been waiting for 2 months tor some guidance but’s it’s finally my turn on the bed to start my knee rehab. 🏋️

In the meantime, as well as regular kinesiology sessions, I’ve taken control of my body from within. I’ve just finished a 21 day detox and gut biome reset and I feel amazing - energized and ready to repair!

We can all get bloated from time to time but if you are feeling bloated often then it could be a sign that something is out of balance.

Within Systematic Kinesiology we look at the whole person using the unique MCPE approach looking the mental, chemical, physical and energetical realms, which make SK truly holistic.

Here are a few potential culprits for bloating:

🍞Food sensitivities: Even if you're not allergic, certain foods might not agree with your system, disrupting digestion.
😩Eating when stressed: Eating too quickly and under stress can hinder digestion. Taking a moment to slow down and savor your food can help kickstart your stomach enzymes.
🧫 Parasites: While everyone has some level of bacteria in their gut, certain parasites can lead to unpleasant symptoms.
💧Stomach acid: Without enough HCL, your body struggles to break down food properly, possibly leading to heartburn or reflux.

Three weeks ago I was lucky to be skiing, unluckily I fell and hurt my knee and hamstrings quite badly. For two weeks I wore a stiff brace and gradually began to put weight through it.

Last Tuesday I saw a specialist who removed my brace. My knee felt weak, swollen, inflamed and vulnerable. I'd lost trust in my own knee!! On the same day I went to see my kinesiologist.

After a couple of sessions of kinesiology, the muscles from my ankles, calves, thighs, up to my glutes and pelvis have been balanced. Some lymphatic massage around my knee has reduced the swelling, pain and heat almost completely.

And I trust my leg again! I've still got a way to go but the transformation and the healing in the past week has been phenomenal and really boosted by the kinesiology sessions. Systematic kinesiology is such an amazing holistic therapy.
