Accepting in person and virtual session appointments! Each session is Enhanced with Meditation, Essential Oils, Sound Healing (Crystal bowls, Drumming) , Crystals
In a Session I will work on the whole body using both hands-on and hands-off techniques to help guide you in releasing energy blocks. A 1 hour session helps to bring a sense of deeper renewal and transformation for the client as compared to a 30 minute session.
Each session is unique and clients can experience anything from:

There will be a debrief at the end of each session to provide feedback and tools to assist you with continuing to heal.
