MetheXis

MetheXis are a four-piece band from Linz, Austria who blend elements of post-rock, atmospheric sludge, ambient and drone in their mostly instrumental songs.

Existing in this musical outfit since 2015, the band follows an experimental approach to songwriting and creates a vast palette of sounds reaching from fragile and melodic to harsh and chaotic. Their broad and eclectic sound has allowed them to share the stage with a diverse set of bands, the most noteable ones being post-rock giants Jakob and Meniscus, black metal-trap duo Wreck & Reference and dark rockers GOLD.
