Camps — Mount Lebanon Youth Wrestling Novice wrestlers (new to one years of experience) will learn the basic techniques and refine their skills as they participate in a fun dynamic workout that will enhance their strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. Fundamentals will be taught through play, games, drills and competition.

Isla Silva Pan Am Games Fundraiser

Isla Silva won the u15 Women’s Freestyle National Championships in April in Spokane, Washington. In doing so, Isla will represent Team USA at the Pan American Games in El Salvador, June, 13-15. She will compete against countries from Canada down through South America in a chance to carry the American Flag and hear our national anthem in victory!

For age group national teams, USA Wrestling does not cover the cost of travel and expenses for athletes and their families.

Kickball Tournament: $225 per team of 8-10. Includes wristbands for BBQ.

General Admission: Includes BBQ and wrestling clinic $25/individual or $75/family

What schools are doing the best job promoting and creating opportunities for all girls in their districts, including youth? While numbers are not a complete indicator of success, it's great to see programs are making sure all of their girls top to bottom are aware of the opportunities available to them and are pushing their girls to be a part of the community in all facets of competition.

Our young PA girls are the future of our JH and HS teams. Let's keep growing our numbers across ALL ages in this sport!
