The Brew Crew wins its 4th straight Tuesday/Thursday title (8th straight Tuesday/Thursday and Sunday) to be come the winningest team in Metuchen history.
Solid team effort all around, Zack Ferriere with the best two way performance of the season. Solid D from all the players and as always ... Eddie the EAGLE Sato was unbeatable in net.

The Play Sports Bar Brew Crew defended their Metuchen Tuesday/Thursday crown for a 3rd straight time tonight defeating the pylons 6-3.
The Crew was down early 3-1, rallying scoring 5 straight goals. Mike D'ambra lead the way scoring 4 goals. And Joe DeFillipo with the game tying goal.
Mike Verz with 3 key assists on the game was a big part of the come back. Eddie "The Eagle" "Sato" shut the door after the 1st period not allowing another goal.
The defense was solid all around and Matty Pfaff scored late in the 3rd to put the game out of reach. Great come back, great game.

With a heavy heart, I am sad to say our friend Vinny Pannozzo (Vin Dfect) passed away today. Vinny was a talented tattoo artist, hockey player and most of all, a great husband and father.
R.I.P. brother, you will be missed.

The Brew Crew rally after trailing 4-2 at the end of the 1st period to win their 7th Metuchen roller hockey championship.
Don Cioffi scored the game winner in overtime to win it for the Crew. Solid all around effort from Mike Verzolini,
Mike Coyle, Ray Ebro, Pat Vento, Mike Cozetto and Chris McManus playing with an injured hand.
MVP of the game goes to Eddie Soto, Eddie kept the Brew Crew in the game and gave us a chance to comeback and win it in overtime.
Great season boys...
