Important meeting on Monday September 9th after school at 2:40 p.m. in the gym. Information on Fall workouts will be handed out. Please arrange your own transportation.

The Rams are excited to welcome new pitching coach, John Smith, to our staff! Coach Smith, an alum of brings a loaded resume to the Ram's squad- Team USA '91, drafted by the Oakland A's in '94, all CAA '92 '93 '94 & CAA pitcher of year 1994. Welcome Coach Smith!

Big announcement from ! Former CD Ram P Tony Zimmerman inks a free agent contract with the Cincinnati Reds! Congratulations Tony! Ram Pride baby!

District matchups are set. The Rams will travel to Cumberland Valley on Monday May 20 at 430 pm for round 1.

Rams 5 Trojans 0! Dylan Sims earns the W, while Murph, Schreff, & Scotty M throw 3 scoreless innings of relief. Offensive explosion in top of the first w/ big hits by Gornik, Shafer, McManamon, Schreffler, Smith, & Galloway was all the offense that was needed. On to districts!

Shout out to Jr. P Jack Clemente for being selected to this morning's Good Character Breakfast! Way to represent yourself, your family and your team Jack! Ram Pride!

Big win 4-1 over State College. Reilly Shafer throws a gem for the complete game win. Scotty McManamon, Chris Smith, and Shafer himself come up with big hits for the offense while OFs Ryan Murphy, Troy Schreffler, and Logan Galloway lock down the no fly zone! Great Team Win!

Today's junior varsity game at home against Red Land has been postponed until tomorrow. The varsity game will be played as scheduled at Red Land today at 4:15 pm.

Recap of yesterday's 7-6 win over East. After battling some tough Panther pitching, the Rams bats got hot and were able to push 6 runs across in the 6th. Big hits by Reilly Shafer, Chris Smith, Ryan Murphy, and Scotty McManamon, along with RBIs by Cam Scott driving in Troy Schreffler, and Eric Gornik, driving in Justin Fleig, put the Rams up by 4. Great pitching by Dylan Sims, Ryan Murphy and Scotty McManamon helped secure the win. The biggest play of the game came with 2 outs in the 7th. With runners at 2nd and 3rd, left fielder Eric Gornik fielded a ground ball base hit and connected with his cut off 3B Troy Schreffler who turned and threw a strike to catcher Dennis Lebo who tagged out the potential tying run to end the game! The Rams are back in action tomorrow at Red Land.

High school baseball roundup: Central Dauphin’s Sims shuts down Carlisle; Red Land wins 11th straight Sims took a no-hitter in the sixth, leading Central Dauphin to a 4-0 Mid-Penn Commonwealth win over Carlisle. Elsewhere, Halifax pitcher Nate Blasick also flirted with a no-hitter.

Four Diamonds on the Diamond this Saturday against East High. 7 PM @ Wenger Field, Fredericksburg. JV will play at 4:30 pm. Check out these great prize baskets being raffled off by our booster club! All proceeds go to the Four Diamonds Fund.

The Rams are home tomorrow against Mifflin County. We will be honoring the Central Dauphin Ram’s Baseball Senior Class of 2019 during the 4:00 ceremony and the game will immediately follow. Please consider coming out to show your support!

Dylan Sims takes a no hitter into the 6th and Ryan Murphy slams the door in the 7th for a 4-0 win over Carlisle! Justin Miller and Troy Schreffler drive in a run each and the defense turns in a solid effort. On to Mifflin County at home on Thursday for Senior Parent recognition @ 4:15 pm.

Congratulations to SR. 2B Alex "A-Roc" Cattabiani for receiving the 2019 Sons of the American Legion Scholarship! A well deserved honor for a top notch young man!

The Rams bust out today in a big way winning 14-6 over Governor Mifflin. Scotty McManamon, Logan Galloway(1st career) and Cam Scott (1st career) all go big fly to lead the offense while Jack Clemente, Dylan Sims, and Grant Hoover get the job done on the mound. Tip the cap to A-Roc Cattabiani for his first career varsity hit! The Rams are off till Tuesday which will be at Carlisle at 4:15 pm.

Come out this Saturday at 11 am and support Dreams For Danny, which was created by our very own Dustin Sites, after his brother committed su***de as result of bullying.
