Monthly online yin yoga will be just that haha! No longer offering the sound bath element to it - cos I cba messing with settings again tbh! and the real experience is in person - for a real, nourishing, sound bath experience please attend in person 💜🙏

This 10-week AgeWell Chair Yoga course invites you to connect to your body and feel well on a holistic level through yoga and meditation in a chair. This practice is designed to give you a moment to pause, relax and stretch, all assisted on a chair (with the option to come up to standing, too). As it is trauma-sensitive, you are reminded that you always have a choice; everything is optional.
The 10-week course is aimed at mixed abilities, where we mindfully move, stretch and meditate. It invites you to be more mindful of your body and movement, be able to check in with yourself, and begin to notice.
This course is suitable for those who struggle to get up and down, on and off a yoga mat; those who struggle with mobility may find this class more accessible.
No equipment is needed, as all yoga equipment is provided!

My most recent/longest project that I've been trying to complete for over a year... and I actually finished!!!
I have a tendency to start alot of things and never really finish them. I used to get so frustrated with myself, but now I embrace it and accept that what it gave me was meant for and no more. I don't force it.
✨️It took me maybe 2.5 months to complete the jigsaw
✨️Glued it together
✨️Framing it
✨️Feeling it unfinished, so painted the backboard
✨️Reframing. Finding it's place in my home
These kinda creative projects remind me:
💜 Not everything has to be completed
💜 Not everything has to be done now
💜 Patience
💜 That the important things come back round
💜 Trust what is meant for me, will show up.
Now I have a reminder of the universes magic everyday when I enter/leave my home ✨️🥰🙏

Somatic Movement Tasters (IN TRAINING)
I am currently training in Clinical Somatic Movement Education. Looking to practice on willing volunteers.
This isn't a Yoga Class.
What is Clinical Somatic Movement Education?
- Similar to yoga in that we build conscious awareness and connect to our internal feedback of our bodies. (Through our movements and breath)
- Intention to empower students through curiosity, education, awareness, voluntary control of muscle and body awareness to become experts of your own body and movement.
- Building an understanding that everything, all posture and movement pattern begin at your core. So first work with functioning of your core.
- Movement is SLOW AND GENTLE.
- Focus on HOW YOU DO THE PRACTICE
- Completely focus on internal sensations to allow nervous system to integrate the feedback, creating lasting change.
- FOCUS on learning and curiosity rather than end goal
What To Expect?
- Zoom Class- no set weekly classes. Currently scheduled at random times and days so book onto the ones you can attend.
- Please attend with camera on so that Rosanne can see you clearly
- Please fill out form so Rosanne can get an idea on how your movement might be affected by your daily habits/life
-Most of the practice is on the ground - so you will need a yoga/exercise mat or a rug to be comfortable lying down.
- Rosanne will not be demonstrating anything, everything will be offered verbally so that you can tune into your internal awareness and functioning of your own body.
- Scheduled for 45 mins but sessions may be shorter as the session will end with feedback
- Be willing to offer feedback as these sessions are created for Rosanne's training and learning experience.
