We all need time for ourselves, this morning I attended my 1st hammock session .I was made to feel at ease straight away. Aine took the time and energy to sage me , something I do for others so it was beautiful to get it done to me .
I wasn't sure what to expect ( I'm not very fit at the moment ) but i knew I could trust Aine . I had no need to worry .Durning and after the session i felt alot taller and as if my whole body had the shakeup it needed . I felt i had let go of what no longer serves me .I feel at ease with myself, and I promised to be more gentle with myself.
Can highly recommend and I'm looking forward to the next session ( they book out fast, now I know why lol ) thank you Aine your energy is beautiful 😍

As you know I have taken a long earned rest from readings ,TIME TO START AGAIN .
This Thursday 20th October I have availability for a couple of readings .
Readings are £35 and last for half an hour ,
