Malaysia Tak Boleh
Terribly disappointed in Firelyz staff at Subang Airport this morning. For some reason when booking the flight, using my saved details, my middle name was only an initial and not full middle name.
I was instructed to go to sales office and was told by the staff an additional RM150 had to be paid. I requested to discuss with Supervisor, as I have been flying Firelyz for past 21yrs+ and there was an obvious error when using my saved details (prior to pandemic)
An extremely rude older gentleman started talking rudely about me to staff in bahasa. Saying charge this orang putih bodoh matsaleh
I was flabbergasted that this sort of thing can happen in Malaysia 😒
