Back to Business πŸ‘Š
Next fight dates April and May 2024
Currently looking for sponsorship to cover the expense of fighting. In these first fights, it’s required that I cover the expenses of my opponent including purse base + travel + hotel and in most fights, a slot fee to secure the match is there too.
This is where sponsorship helps apply the funding so I can continue training hard and working towards the top.
If you would like to discuss further details on how we can partner together, let’s set up a time to talk.

I’m really Looking forward to this next step in the boxing ring.

As athletes the demand of strength & conditioning to improve performance is there but nobody talks about it. Just like nobody talks about how they always have perfect angled videos... are yall hiring people to do these or just asking the closest person to hold the phone?!? 🀣
Anyway, I try to be as honest and raw as possible when it comes to gym life. As a personal trainer, boxer, mom, wife and small business owner, if you have questions, ask!!

Deadlifts for breakfast once a week. We hit a specific muscle group every morning and full-body stack twice a week. Usually hit 2-3 workouts a day... no need for "camp" because every day is camp life.
Nothing new here, just consistency to the work. Plan the work and work the plan....
As always, I'm looking for boxing matches 147-152lbs... reach out for opportunities ✨ πŸ₯Š

I know this page is meant to promote my personal boxing career as a boxer but coaching is just as important to me. Especially coaching other ladies because I know my journey in amateur boxing can help upcoming boxers! When you know the road, why not help others!
My boxer Brooklyn won her state title and took on a match against a much heavier girl. So proud of her and look forward to see what she does next month at the Regionals. Go ahead and expect to see her at the Nationals 2023!!! Team SRG

I don’t post too often on my boxing page but believe me when I say the work continues daily!!
I am staying ready for the next fight opportunity!! Until then, we grind daily.

Besides boxing in the ring with the gloves on, I also love coaching boxing! From day 1, I had an awesome coach and because of him I learned the fight game in and outside of the ring. The power of a great coach is life changing!! Grateful for Danny Thomas who not only taught me about boxing but changed my whole life career. I went to college to become an ESL teacher with intent to transition into law school. Four years later, I left Evansville with a Bachelors degree, an undefeated boxing career and passion for coaching. ❀πŸ₯Šβ
Whatever you are, be great and strive to be greater every day you wake up πŸ˜‰πŸ†

Winning always feels GREAT but there are more lessons understood when you don't. I don't recommend the L but try not to get too down on yourself when you don't win. There's multiple dimensions of lessons to catch if you allow yourself to digest your errors, marinate on your movements and study your work in comparison to your opponents. It may take a few days to play it back but study your fight tape and work harder, smarter and stay hungry for success πŸ‘ŠπŸ₯Š Stay Strong πŸ’ͺ

A strong and positive mindset is EVERYTHING!
Look inward and find what you seek to see outward...the effort of self understanding is forever worth it ⭐πŸ₯Šβ€

Eventually I will be back in the competition ring soon..until then, we keep working behind the scenes of social media. You know when life used to be valid even without a video recording to capture your moves...that's where I am. πŸ˜‰

I hit strength and conditioning daily.

Mon-Fri I start the morning with 60min strength workouts followed by 30-60 min cardio or HIIT AND that's just how I wake up. This doesn't even include my boxing workouts or evening trainings.
Weekends are for endurance runs, sparring and challenges πŸ₯ŠπŸ‘ŠπŸ’ͺ😎⭐

I am approaching a 10 year celebration of owning SRG Boxing gym in Indianapolis.
I went to college to become a teacher and it took one invitation to a boxing gym and my whole life changed!!
More than the gym environment, it was my coach who taught me more than boxing, he taught me about life and through training I found strengths and challenges in myself mentally, physically and emotionally.
Boxing is more than a sport to me.
It's health & self dedication & passion.
While I have aspirations for my own professional boxing career, I hope also to be just as great a coach as I had my first day in the gym!

Majority of my amateur career was on the road cross country and even in Canada. I absolutely miss fighting in the ring πŸ₯Š
What was the furthest you traveled for fights??
