⁣This is current go-to breakfast these days! I love adding Blue Spirulina in my greek yogurt for its extra benefits which include:⠀

💙Removing heavy metals and toxins⠀
💙Great source of protein⠀
💙Help with weight loss⠀

💙Can help improve digestion and bowel health ⠀

Blue Spirulina is a type of blue-green algae that⠀

After a good workout I love to pop one of these oatmeal cookie energy bites for some much needed protein. So easy and fun to make😋 They contain great nutrients to help restore and repair the body. 💪💚💪Recipe below ⬇️


INGREDIENTS
* 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
* 1/2 cup cashew butter* or peanut butter
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl
2. Scoop out heaping tablespoons of dough and roll into balls (a small ice cream disher makes this very easy).
3. Serve right away, or store in an airtight container (these will keep in the refrigerator for up to five days or on the counter for up to two days).

Organic Curry Chicken sizzling away!😋Eating healthy dosent mean giving up the meals you love! Check out my recipe below⬇️ Ingredients:
16 oz Organic Chicken Breast
1/2 cup of Organic Chicken Broth
2-3 Organic Tomatoes 🍅
1 tablespoons Organic Coconut Oil + 1/2 teaspoon to rub chicken
Salt + Pepper to taste
1-1/2 Tablespoon of Organic Curry powder
2 teaspoons of Organic Parsley Flakes
Directions:
1. Rub your chicken with 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil
2. Season with s+p (salt is optional)
3. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with curry powder before placing in pan
4. In your non stick pan, place 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook chicken both sides until golden brown on medium heat.
5. Add chicken broth, tomatoes and 1-1/2 tablespoon of curry powder. Stir.
6. Turn heat down to low and let simmer for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is nice and tender.
7. Sprinkle with Parsley Flakes
Enjoy with any side you desire! I chose Cauliflower Rice! Cauliflower Rice goes great with anything in my opinion! 😉
