Immediate opening for Registered Medical Assistant/Customer Service Rep
At busy Internal Medicine practice in Sunset Hills.

· Must be Certified/Registered Medical Assistant
· Must have Electronic Medical Records experience. (NextGen preferred)
· Must be able to prioritize and organize work area despite multi-faceted task directions and interruptions.
· Knowledgeable of HIPAA aspects of medical records.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Must be able knowledgeable and able to educate patients.
· Must be up to date on clinical skills and able to perform lab draws, EKG, etc.
· Must have legible handwriting.

· Must be proficient in keyboarding skills.

Maintain a clean, orderly and safe environment for patients and visitors. This includes cleaning, sterilizing, and storing instruments in accordance with practice policies. Stocks rooms in preparation for the daily work schedule. Takes inventory of medical and exam room supplies.
· Demonstrates a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
· Must be friendly, caring and able to show love to all that crosses your path.
