This bad boy was very quickly "wagging its tail out" last night at the Wellington Market's Late Night Christmas Event to lots of hungry and happy costumers.

Texas BBQ Brisket, Dried onions,Jalapeño and Siracha Mayo.

Straight from Havanna this is "Dogo Cubano"
Grilled Frankfurter in a Locally Baked French Roll Topped with Pulled Smoked Ham, Gherkins and Smoked Swiss Cheese Sauce.
It will also be the part of the menu at the Wellington Market's late night event tomorrow night 5-10pm.
