If you’re always moving on to what’s next how will you ever establish a legacy? Sometimes we get addicted to the start up, but after you get started we have to commit to that lane and keep going. I want to pass down a 30yr track record. I want to have deep roots in a particular place. I want to be known for something.
That means the next time it gets hard instead of jumping to something new, I have to dig in. There’s a difference between pivoting and abandoning a thing.
Let’s dig in and do more than just get started. Let’s dominate!
How can a cash out refi help you? Interest rates have gone up and refi’s are slowing down. I am hearing people complain that they will never refi again lol. I get it! But it’s important for us to know exactly WHY we are refinancing in the first place. A lower interest rate is only ONE reason why you would. It’s actually not even the best reason when you realize the closing costs you pay may not be worth it (that’s another story.)

Being a developer that focuses on small scale projects is an interesting space to be in- ESPECIALLY as a woman. With project budgets of one million or less you have very little room for a big team or error. This means you’ll be wearing several hats. Knowing when to wear which hat is key to your success, as well as knowing when to rely on your team. In order for you to scale your business and your investments success on the small projects are imperative. Maximize the strength of your team and the skills you bring to the table!
