- Yes.

5. Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost?
- Yes, we do ship internationally. However, you have to contact us first before we can expedite your shipment. Cost of international shipment may vary.

6. Do you accept returns?
- No.

7. Do you require downpayment/reservation? Where do we pay it?
- No, but we highly recommend our clients to reserve for 'opportunity costs'. You can pay it at PAMPANGA'S BEST STORE (see addresses at FAQ 3) or through our bank accounts (send a scanned copy of your deposit slip at [email protected]). A confirmation of your payment will be sent via e-mail, SMS, or IM.

8. Do you return my reservation fee/downpayment if I decided not to pursue my order?
- No, because the item reserved has been tagged as sold. However, if with negligence and/or bad faith we were not able to meet the demand, reservations and/or downpayments can be returned.
