A talk show that says ‘you can be the change you want to see in the world’
I have interviewed so many people on this show and I am so convinced that we have the most incredible potential in our hands to be the change we want to see in our lives and in the world. The people I interview come from all walks of life, are all ages, come from different parts of the world and have differing levels of qualifications from an education level but are all experts in what they share because they share from their life experiences - from their bodies. Each guest talks may share their different experiences but they all follow a theme - people, connection and love. My background is media, parent education, youth work, I have been a complementary practitioner in health and wellbeing and have a masters in Public Health.
