Here we go, folks!
Hope to see you at the House in December!

You still have a chance to see our historic house in its un-holiday decorated state this Thursday 11/9, Friday 11/10 and Sunday 11/12 - the trains are running, Bob the Blacksmith is at the forge and the peachicks are growing up fast - getting their adult plumage in. Lots to see and experience!

The Patterson House finishes its historic season a week before the farm due to our needing to get started on decorating for the holidays. So you can still catch a train ride 11/16, 11/17 and 11/19 but the house will be closed and will reopen for tours on Friday 12/1.

To book your daytime tour, you can email [email protected] and pay the fee upon entry to the farm on the day of your tour. Reservations are not required but recommended so you have no delays or waiting in case tours are full.

To attend the Twilight Time Holiday Open House in the late afternoon on Sunday, December 10th, you can click this link

FPD and FFD completed a pilot phase for the DFR Program from December 21, 2022 – January 20, 2023. Results from the pilot program suggest DFR is a valuable tool in providing first responders with real-time information to assist with decision-making, tactics, tools, and resources to mitigate a problem safely. The DFR program assists first responders in being proactive when responding to emergencies instead of waiting until firefighters or officers arrive on the scene to deploy a UAV. DFR further provides aerial support for public safety incidents, decreases response times, and increases community safety.

Please join our community meeting as we share the results of the DFR pilot phase and present the proposal to establish DFR as a permanent program. The meeting also allows the community to ask questions. To learn more about DFR, please visit: https://fremontpolice.gov/DFR
